U.S. Moly Corp. operates the 'world class" Lucky Jack molybdenum project located in west central Colorado (USA). The Lucky Jack project (formerly known as Mt. Emmons) was discovered by AMAX and is now owned by U.S. Energy Corp., which is headquatered in Riverton, Wyoming.
The Lucky Jack project is subject to an opearating agreement between U.S. Energy Corp. and Kobex Resources Ltd. of Vancouver Canada.
