We are The Arab Company For Special Steel (ARCOSTEEL), a special steel producer located at 5th industrial zone, SADAT City, EGYPT. The current production capacity 140000MT from high quality special steel long products.
The main production facilities are:
EAF, 45 ton – LRF, 45 ton – VD, 45 ton – Con. Cast unit, 160x160 mm. – Billet inspection line, Reheating furnace, Controlled hot rolling line, NDT, Straightening, Heat Treatment, Peeling, bundling and backing.
ARCOSTEEL has been certified for ISO 9001 & ISO14001.ARCOSTEEL laboratories are certified from national and international authorities in the filed of test and analysis (Dap, Germany).
ARCOSTEEL actually started production in 1999. In 2007, ARCOSTEEL exported more than 100000 tons to European market, mainly Italy, Germany, Spain, UK, Turkey and France. In the Middle East, we supply to KSA, Iran, Sudan, Jordan, and Tunisia.

The main products are long products of high quality special steel (Steels for Case hardening, Steels for Quench and tempering, Engineering Steels) according to any international standards. The product shapes and sizes are:
Hot Rolled Round Bars, 6 m length, 30 ~ 115 mm dia.
Hot Rolled Square Billets (RCS) 80 ~ 130 mm side length.
Con. Cast Billets, 160x160 mm with length from 6 to 9 m.
The following Heat Treatments are available:
Normalizing
Quench and Tempering (for sizes 30 to 70 mm)
Soft Annealing (for sizes 30 to 115 mm)
Untreated condition.
All the products are inspected for surface quality (Circograph) and for the internal quality (US). The products are certified (MTC) according to EN10204 3.1B.
