COMETAL, S.A., was founded on the 18th of March 1963, as part of the German Group Metallgesellschaft AG. On the 30th of March 1997, the present shareholders bought 100% of the capital of the company, and started a new episode in the history of the company, under the slogan "service as a principle, quality as a norm".
Since it's foundation COMETAL, S.A. has become one of the leading Spanish companies in the supply of ferro alloys, metals, foundry and steel mill products.
With its new activities and services, COMETAL holds an outstanding position in powder metallurgy, machinery and equipment sales, recycling of steel mill filter dusts and other metal containing wastes.
