FRP PULTRUSION DIVISION:
At present we have Automatic pultrusion machines having 15 production lines to manufacture FRP profiles for variety of electrical and Chemical applications such as transformers, chocks, switchgear, onload tapchanger insulation, lightning attesters, Cable tray, telescopic operating and discharge rod.
We use RF dryer for our pultrusion manufacturing which improves quality of our product. We supply profiles in various resin systems such as epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester etc.
THERMAL INSULATION DIVISION:
Agni Fiber Boards Pvt. Ltd. is also the leading manufacturer of Structural Thermal Insulation Boards which are suitable for heat processing, fire protection and electrical resistance applications. These boards have structural strength with low thermal conductivity over a wide range of temperature. Our Boards are easy to machine. Operations like drilling, milling and turning can be carried out with aid of conventional machine tools.
